IRRI PowerPoint® TEMPLATES

IRRI Training has developed several ppt templates to make it easy for you to create presentations that reflect the brand identity of IRRI. The bio diverse colors of IRRI are reflected in the designs: green for the plant, yellow for the sun, blue for water, and brown for the land. We have been continuously refining these based on input from users. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

We also encourage sharing of designs that will be a reflection of IRRI. Send the template that you created to IRRITraining@cgiar.org and we will consider adding it to this page as a downloadable file.

To use any of the following templates for your PowerPoint presentation:

1. Move your mouse pointer over the template you desire.
2. Right click your mouse and select Save Target As... from the drop-down menu. You will be prompted to save the chosen template to your computer.
3. Open the template from your computer by double-clicking the file you saved in Step 2. You may now begin to work directly on the template, just as you would with a normal PowerPoint presentation.

Here are some tips on how to modify an existing presentation.

To replace the background of an existing presentation,

• Go to the existing file
• Go to Format > Apply design template, Click the design template you downloaded. The background of your existing presentation will automatically change

To change font styles without doing them frame by frame,

• Go to Format > Replace font (follow instruction given)

At some time, you may also have to

• Go to View > Master > Slide master
• Manipulate according to font size, or color that you want.
