Macky assists IRRI Training Center staff in logistics support. He stores and distributes supplies to the staff, reproduces training materials, and updates its inventory. He provides driving services to the Center’s staff for trips to official destinations and coordinates with IRRI’s key administrative support offices such as Accounting, Motor pool, Physical Plant Services (PPS), Travel Office, Research Farm, and others. He also coordinates with the PPS staff regarding IRRI Training requests concerning building maintenance.

During training, he collects specimens and arranges them accordingly. He also assists trainees in shooting video footages during the video production course.
